Remember that he didn't mention how he preformed his WIR , process of the claim was extremely easy for him because of the kind of "WIR" method he preformed in action . maybe he bought a high exact copy of the same watch and made a complain thus it was approved ! maybe the department which sent the order was simply completely different from yours and didn't contain functional cctvs .
