hey, did you say that the wrong watch was in the watch box or that the whole order was wrong, as in they sent the wrong watch/box out as opposed as the correct watch box with the incorrect watch inside

Remember that he didn't mention how he preformed his WIR , process of the claim was extremely easy for him because of the kind of "WIR" method he preformed in action . maybe he bought a high exact copy of the same watch and made a complain thus it was approved ! maybe the department which sent the order was simply completely different from yours and didn't contain functional cctvs . "_its not simply preforming the method in hope to reach a similar outcome like a fellow SE'r..._"
