Have you tried to peb a pair of trainers?  because i have heard it depends on where you live

You can speculate with all sorts of scenarios, but she clearly said the refund was confirmed, so that speaks for Itself.

Are you referring to the carrier driver visiting your home after the DNA claim?

You're directly dealing with them, so unless you file a dispute with PayPal, they're not part of their assessment, hence the email address should not have been requested.
