Diet Is first and foremost.

There's no point exercising If you're going to eat 5 Big Macs thereafter. I'm speaking from experience. I've lost just over 42 pounds whilst on "a very healthy" eating plan, no exercise whatsoever.

What exactly does your diet consist of on a typical day?

Breakfast right through to your last meal.

Very high on sugar but definetly worth burning the calories at the gym

I believe It contains around 10 teaspoons of sugar per 100 grams, which Is a considerable amount.

As long as you exercise (and don't consume the entire box per day), It's fine.
