My favourite has been wheetabix for a long time. I used to like to put sugar on the top of it as a kid, but now I'm a little more health conscious!

Good to read you're looking after your health.

Speaking of which, Weetabix are quite healthy- low In fat, salt and sugar. After pouring milk, you need to quickly start eating. They tend to absorb It rather fast, and become very soggy and distasteful.

I stopped eating the typical cereal brands ever since I was a young child, but I do remember loving lucky charms.

Cinnamon toast crunch is just too sweet for me. First bowl is wonderful, but the next is simply overwhelming

The milk from Cinnamon toast crunch also isn't that good.

This may sound disgusting, but I used to love making it go soggy. I'd mix it up and pretend it was porridge when I was younger! What a strange child I was. I like porridge too but rarely eat it. Wheetabix is very good for you given what's available among cereals. Mostly I eat eggs in the morning on some low carb bread (some 45 cal stuff which doesn't taste amazing, but doesn't make you bloated either).

For a while during undergrad uni, I used to get free Jordan's cereal. Muesli, crunchy nut kind of stuff, fruity stuff and the ones with little curly flakes of chocolate. My gosh that was some fancy cereal. Don't eat it these days though.

It's amazing the things we do as kids- not a care In the world and tend to experiment with any combination that comes to mind.

Your diet Is actually quite healthy. Keep an eye on the amount of eggs per day, namely the yolk. It tends to raise the LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol). Some argue It also provides a source of HDL (good cholesterol), hence balances the ratio of good & bad but I don't believe the latter Is clinically conclusive.
