Its very unlikely that that is his site. Looks to me like hes working on an automated app to solve a captcha... he gets paid to enter the image. this is one method spammers use to bypass captchas on forums and blogs. They pay people small amounts to solve them.

Unless I'm missing something it's http://www.protypers.com .

I know. I mean to see the page source (I shouldn't say HTML code). Usually these captcha create a randomized image, or have an identifiable class name/id name in CSS. Which can be used to display the image.

because on my end my code of using imagelocation and such files always worked.

What PHP file? He's coding in Visual Basic (.NET?) not PHP. There is no PHP file!

I assume the page he is using is made into PHP

even if the page was generated in PHP -

1. The page isnt his, so how would he have the PHP file
2. Why does it even matter? he's attempting to essentially download the image. How the image is generated is pretty much irrelevant.

you can block downloading in the php.ini if I am correct
or high requests...
this might be an issue and this can be set in a php file

You are incorrect. If you blocked an image from downloading it would defeat the purpose of having the image. if the browser cant download, it cant display it. you cant effectively block an image from being downloaded by specific applications (User agents are easily spoofed).

And even if it could be done... its obviously not his server, so how would you propose he changed the php.ini or php code?

http://php.net/manual/es/function.ini-set.php

anyways I will review his code and try it afterwards and see what he has done wrong
