I am really curious to know if this will work.
Have heard very vague stuff about Lenovo regarding PP disputes.
Lnovo decided to not respond to my inquiries. Happy newyear
Sigh. They did reply on another account. Would they have been able to link accounts? Maybe just lucky because of the holidays?
The situation currently:
Young PP account with some purchases.
After opening dispute I escalated to claim and got confirmation it will end in 10 days.
Days go by, no updates.
I check PP and see that the status changed to 'seller has responded and PP is investigating, this normally is resolved within 5 days'.
But there is no reply visible from seller... There are no updates added. Those 5days have passed and the resolution date changed back to the original 20days.. ?
I googled this a bit, and I found some vague answers but those people don't know much either. Anyone been in this situation?
I don't think it is lost yet but weird

seems like it's just your luck right now if they respond or not, my claim has only just been sent to Lenovo this morning so another 10 days left to go, and to be honest I'm not really optimistic at all.
I was in that situation with an order on PP that I didn't actually receive though, took over a month to get an answer and luckily it was in my favour, but obviously that's much longer than the 14 day return period you have with Lenovo.
how long did it take them to respond on your second claim?

a don't think the value would particularly matter in all honesty, if they are going to respond then they are going to respond
