I'm not 100% sure but you could try it in my experience the support is shit sometimes

You could YOLO them yourself and worst case scenario you just return it depending on what you claim it should be a guaranteed refund if you are willing to manipulate the return

I am, just waiting on my Apple Watch and SD OLED claims to finish before going for something so major. After that laptop I'm done for a while, go for some high value items then dip for a few months again like usual.
