Do you know any good German stores? All I mentioned previously do not work, I do not think I know any more stores to SE.

I read that they will not work. And they most likely will report you to the police. Never tried any of them though.
Update, please do not try Proshops or most of the german shops. Someone had the police come to his house for investigation, because he tried to SE Porshop.

For Germany shops unfortunately no.

I haven’t heard of other German shops giving you trouble with the police for DNA. The list of shops that report to the police here on the Forum come from a group using ftid.

Quick update endet up sending the monitor back for a refund.

Everything you guys write here ... I can't confirm for me... maybe I just had luck but
Proshop worked really well without any issues with DNA ( item was over 1.5k).
After filling out the legal document I just got my refund after some days later
