Hello eveyone, yesterday I ordered a 520€ Monitor on Proshop Germany. It will be delivered by DPD and therefore most likely will not require a signature.
What is the best method I should use to get a refund? Is there anything I need to know about DPD? I was thinking of DNA.

All i can tell you is be careful with proshop, recently they started involving police in DNAs.
However, DNA is the only method that can work well on proshop, so good luck and keep us updated.

How do I approach the DNA after the Monitor arrives? E.g how should I contact them and what is the best thing to say?
Any help form other users is also greatly appreciated.

they will send you a legal statement from dpd and they may involve police so be careful

They reported me to the police, received the letter today.

Are you guys saying I should not try DNA because they might report me to the police?
If it would not work I had in mind to just send it back, but I guess that will not work well if they report me to the police.
