I've been told they will escalate to an account specialist to deem whether or not the receipt is valid. Is this SE over?

It depends on the quality of your PoP. I recieved the same messge and that team then approved my replacement for a diamond clean 9000

If they get to check it then it could fail but just be adamant and insistent too, ask them what is taking them so long and you want an answer or something, try to push a bit if you don’t hear them in the next few days. Let us know what happens

It will most likely work, dont worry about chasing them in a couple of days you'll recieve an email probably saying your replacemnt handle is on the way. Mine wasn't recieptmansion but was all fake info and passed.

There are 2 chargers. You can either order the normal charger (can only be purchased through Ebay) or order the case charger directly from their website (US). You could probably also get a new charger from them though, if you spin things around w/ your story a bit.

How does the charging case work. Do i just charge up the case and then put the brush in to charge ?
