europe or usa? cause usually in eu they want you to ship it back

Hey, would you happen to know what I could do instead for a receipt, as I can see here that ReceiptMansion doesn't have a generator for Aus.

Im still in correspondance with their team. Assuming that Im just receving a replacement handle, what else will i need to actually use it?
