14 days has passed since the return of amazon Xbox shipped, i wrote to the jeff@Amazon mail attaching the proof of shipping and tracking, and the customer service replied that they need 3 days to investigate, and that i must write them again if i don’t receive the refund in 3 days.
Fingers crossed…

3 scenarios:

Amazon will say:
1. you received your package and we wont issue a refund
2. amazon will issue a refund without problems
3. amazon will issue a refund but your account will be locked

If they lock the account is not a problem, i created it specifically for this SE.
If they state that they received the wrong item and wont refund, I hope that insisting could work in the end.

Update:
Sadly Amazon replied now with a badly written email saying that the box contains trash and that they are shure the item was in the box when they shipped it ( I don’t know how they can say this). I replied asking to explain me what happend. I will insist a bit hoping they can refund, and if it goes bad i will ask to send it back saying that it was for a birthday present and when the other person gave it back to me to return it was still sealed and i didn’t check it. Advice on things to say? Maybe that i will report the police if they don’t refund me?

So, this is their reply:

If you have no further feedback on your shopping experience, we may close this conversation and you can continue shopping as usual on Amazon.it.

We cannot issue a refund for this order until we receive the correct item. If you have the item and still want a refund, please return it as soon as possible.

This decision is final. If you send us further emails regarding this issue, you may not receive a response”

Should I insist after this? Or just return it at this point?
Or maybe trying a chargeback with the card?

Another update: they replied now with a OFM@Amazon mail from an escalation specialist, saying that they found what i put in the original package, and that the original item was in the box when it leaved their wharehouse and was delivered in good conditions (i don’t really know how can they be shure of this).
I think i will try to chargeback on the card, or if doesn’t work out i will just return it.
Someone had a similar experience and solved this in the end?

I thought amazon does not have any cameras, why are they so sure about it?

And if they have, i don’t think they break the original custom seals to check the box before shipping….i think they just say that without knowing it.

I opened chargeback with the card emitter as i said in the other thread. 2 weeks has passed and i will update the other thread when they refund me.
