Sealed method is goated, cuz low payed staff don't give a shit, and if the item is already sealed, we'll it's easier for them.

"Once the product is opened. We are unable to accept the product as return. The reason is that we cannot resell them as new to other customers."

If they do open it according to support regardless of what's inside I'm cucked.
Very stupid logic considering they would have to open it but.  I have never really had good experiences with this company.

Hit em for an in store EB successfully recently. Highest value and fastest SE I ever did. Went smooth as silk. No bullshit like waiting around for carrier investigations that take weeks. Might have to go that route more often.

I got it delivered. Contacted CS and they wouldn't collect it, said I had to go in store. Didn't want to take the hit myself so thought fuck it, what do I have to lose... Was standing around a bit before anyone asked me if I needed help. My countenance was somewhat stern and mildly annoyed, as if I had been wronged and intended to make it right (if that makes sense). I am well-spoken and was was well-dressed at the time. I was polite, laid out my story, was asked for proof, and provided the order info and showed the proof of contacting CS. The woman seemed kind of embarrassed about the situation. I had a replacement within 5 minutes. I brought that back to another store a few days later. Refund successful.

And when refunded you received money back on your card cash or instore credit?

Said it was an EB. They don't refund cash if you bought it online, only if you pay cash in store to make the purchase. Refund to original payment method (CC).
