I've received an response from the company, they sent me the following:
"We once again received a response from the Fedex investigation and they claim the following:
FedEx made internal investigation.
It was delivered at (adress) and the client received it by signing it. Currier told it was a (description of my family member that opened the door). After the local FedEx received our FedEx investigation request, they went back to the address and the customer confirmed that everything was correct and the package has been received
Can you confirm that this is correct?."
What will be the best response to this?
If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.
Miscommunications within a family happen all the time, especially within a large family and everyone keeps ordering, its not uncommon for someone to just handle their own stuff, like you.
That's true. If I tell the company that it was a miscommunication they will probably send fedex to my house again, how do I make my family deal with them when I'm not home? What do I say to my family?
