If they don't reply within 48 hours, get In touch and ask where your claim stands.
Just received an email saying they’ve processed my refund for the full amount of £630 😭💀

Cheers. Gonna got NEXT and get myself TF fucking fabulous. Heard they are very easy to DNA but to be safe I’ll order something small and pay for that and claim PEB, in my experience this usually always works.
