After sending them a strong worded email about how I've been a customer for a very long time and how I've never had any high value returns as before, they still went ahead and refused my refund. I even asked them for proof of their claim that the laptop was in the box when they posted it, but they never provided any proof. The final email was from OFM saying that they are closing this conversation. The last line on the email was "We cannot issue a refund for this order until we receive the correct item. This decision is final. We will likely not respond to further emails about this issue".

I have really lost hope with this SE and I can't think of anything else to respond. Last hope is to go full nuclear and do a chargeback.
Let me know if there is anything else I can try before doing that.
