Okay so i m getting spammed with emails and courrier visited my house asking stuff should i stay with my story and eventually it will work?

im thinking about telling the company i m trying to SE that i spoke with Delivery company amd they referred me back to them do you think this will work?

I know It can be frustrating, but that's their protocol, hence you cannot alter the way they process claims. To speed things up, keep contacting them asking where your claim Is at.
