They still investigate. If i ask them for refund it will more likely fail right? idk should i just wait for them to end investigation? there is nothing else to be done from my side.

I know It can be frustrating, but that's their protocol, hence you cannot alter the way they process claims. To speed things up, keep contacting them asking where your claim Is at.
