Then after that I got a call from delivery guy asking about receiving the product or not but here's a thing. Before he deliver the product, he did call me before asking the direction to my store. so I tell him and thing got delivered.
You've submitted a claim to the company who've opened an Investigation, hence they're handling your claim, not the carrier, so cease all communications with them.

It's their job to locate the whereabouts of the package, not yours. If you're somewhat stressed and feel the need to respond, simply tell them that the package was not located In the footage.

By no means does a phone call asking for directions, confirm receipt of goods. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous. He could've attended a wedding (so to speak) after the call.

Hey, Thank you so much for your respond. I just go and check my CCTV and turn out... the footage was already deleted because it was quiet sometime. After that I told courier guy then he ask me to please go ask neighbor house and try to track who was in my store during that time. (I just made up of another story that maybe the courier guy handed the parcel to customer of my store. not me) He ask to go check neighbor for CCTV for wwho was at my store during that time so maybe he can investigate with the police and track the items and get it back to me.
Honestly at this point i think therre's no way to go, i might just tell them that I found the product and return it. it shouldn't be this long progress? I messed up by talking with the courier guy.
Thank you for everyone help this is my first try and it sucks that it failed but I learn something Thanks!
