First of all I lived in thailand, and shipping policies are making it more difficult to refund or SE. 
Every shipping company have this 'the delivery guy will call you before delivery to ask if you are available or at home to receive the item'.

so either way, I have to face them and receive the item face to face, Which would decrease my success for DNA method.
And I thought maybe I can do PEB (Partially Empty Box) for Nike, So I ordered 1 shoe and 2 socks
but the another problem I found for PEB is that the shipping company tracks weight. It would be nonsense to say shoe is gone while the weight is 3.4KG. The sock wouldn't weight 3.4KG right?

So my question is. How can I still pull this refund? man... it sucks to live in thailand

If you didn't accept the phone they will just return your parcel to the center and deliver it next day

And when delivering at your home, they will just ask if this is your parcel and what is your name, so in they can fill up who receive the parcel in their tracking system.

Yeahhhh,... I just asked my friend and he ordered item online a lot. He says that there is no signing anymore. most of time they just ask if this belong to you and sometimes your name. maybe it's because of COVID or just traditional thing that delivery guy do.

Btw, in thailand the tracking I meant is when you check the tracking ID on website. Most company has the 'who receive the product ' like fedex

Thanks for your help. I think i can pull it off. Im scarced of investigation and delivery guy come to my house ashell lol. my house is a store and it's open from 9-5 so there is no way to avoid if delivery guys come to ask question, Do you have any suggestion if delivery guy come?

I just got my package. Will wait for 2 days and contact them. Should I contact by phone call? orjust live chat. does it increase success chances?

And if the rep say they will do investigation. Should I hangout rightaway and reroll rep to get the one who will give instant refund?

As with Amazon, unless a chat bot Is available that may offer an Instant refund, both gateways are much of a muchness.

You can try, but they'll most likely refer to previous records which will show that an Investigation Is In progress.
