I understand. I will try to DNA the laptop then, after seeing whether or not the driver recorded any evidence. Somebody told me you are based in the UK, and my final concern is if I should do it with Curry's or John Lewis. I heard Curry's are replying to PayPal now or something, which one is ideal at the moment or has the highest success rate?

Currently got a 4.5k SNAD dispute open with Curry's on PayPal. 7 days today they have not replied. Messaged PayPal about it on live chat and they said it's been escalated to a claim and Curry's has untill the 1st of August to reply.

Will update if anyone wants.

I always suggest to use PayPal as a backup- If the SE fails with the company, you can hit PayPal for a refund. Two options are better than one.

In terms of contacting the company/PayPal, as far as you're concerned, you've been waiting all day for the delivery to no avail. As such, contact them the next day.

The seller can file an appeal with PayPal via their Resolution Center to reverse their decision.

It usually takes around 30 days for PayPal to respond.
