RE: Computer Monitor - H3RR3S - 02-11-2019

UPDATE: Here is the e-mail they sent me after the phone call (I translated it fast with google translate)
Spoiler:
Since you indicate that the package is not delivered, I contacted Bpost to carry out an investigation into the location of your package.

A study can take 2 to 3 days.

I will keep you informed of the investigation.

If you have not received the shipment on February 13, 2019, you can inform us.

When you contact us, I can immediately arrange a refund for you.

If we do not have any further information about the location of your package by that time, we will grant your request if possible.

The DNA Is a universal carrier-based method, so It works with just about every Item and company.

I just ordered the monitor, just saying the item never arrived will be enough?

what is dna method

The DNA method is where you take a blood sample from your own body and cross examine it with that of the amazon representative that shipped your package. If the DNA between you guys match , that means you can call Amazon customer support and they will give you the item you ordered for free as a congratulatory measure.

In all seriousness, DNA method stands for Did Not Arrive. You essentially tell customer support that you never received your package and thus you would like a refund/replacement.

This speaks for Itself.

Your SE has succeeded.

RE: Computer Monitor - Buffoon - 02-13-2019

No, his SE hasn't succeeded. They are still investigating. Kinda off topic but I still don't understand why people use the DNA method on such big items.

Why wouldn't they use the DNA method?

Have you not seen how big boxes are when a monitor is inside? Once they start to investigate, I assume the courier will contact the person who "didn't" deliver the item and said person will remember the item because of its size. ITS BIG....

RE: Computer Monitor - H3RR3S - 02-13-2019

UPDATE: I just called them back today, they indeed refunded me and the funds will appear in 5-7 working days.
Thanks everyone for their support and quick feedback.
