I have contacted them 3 times this week via email, the last contact from Apple was last Sunday when they informed me that they were happy the delivery was carried out successfully.

It's quite obvious that Apple has caught on by now and will make it hell to get a refund, if they even ever approve it
I'd say let it rest for a while or it's just going to get even harder as time goes by

Hi mothered and anyone who is knowledgeable/has some experience regarding this particular refund,
I have tried to EB an apple pencil and they are conducting an investigation asking me to send photos of the box and serial number. Do I proceed as normal and just take the pencil out of the box and send them photos?

Reason being, because even with the investigation, the pencil is way too light for them to conclude that the item was in the box. Just keep the pressure on.

I have requested that today, only problem being I’ve have to request it via email as I have no phone number for the investigation department, I tried the generic customer service number but they couldn’t help.

Well, I believe they have concluded the investigation however something strange happened. Rather than asking me whether I would prefer a refund or replacement, they have shipped a replacement to me. I guess that is better than nothing.
