I’ve requested proof of the watch being in the box before shipping and also the exact weight of the packaging along with a consignment slip because they say the weight was correct.

I have contacted them 3 times this week via email, the last contact from Apple was last Sunday when they informed me that they were happy the delivery was carried out successfully.

No acknowledgement of my request for proof of the watch being in the box.

Hi mothered and anyone who is knowledgeable/has some experience regarding this particular refund,
I have tried to EB an apple pencil and they are conducting an investigation asking me to send photos of the box and serial number. Do I proceed as normal and just take the pencil out of the box and send them photos?

Yes. Reason being, because even with the investigation, the pencil is way too light for them to conclude that the item was in the box. Just keep the pressure on.

That sounds about right from Apple's CS - not willing to help with a simple call redirection to the relevant department.

Well, I believe they have concluded the investigation however something strange happened. Rather than asking me whether I would prefer a refund or replacement, they have shipped a replacement to me. I guess that is better than nothing.
