Just got an email back from them after I said there is no batch number on it and they said “it’s okay if there isn’t a batch number”. So I’m just going to fill the form in and attach some corrupted pictures and hope for the best.

Just got an email back from them saying they just got my form and they will send me the replacement by post office and since I’m not in the US it will take 20 days to reach me. Successful SE
