So last week I tried to SE Vaporesso and I made my excuse on why my vape isn’t working and they asked me for a short video and 4 pictures of the box and I sent them a corrupted video and corrupted pictures and now they emailed me back saying “Could you please send me another short video with google drive link, because we can not open your video.”

So what should I do next?

In terms of corrupted files, I neglected to mention to send them In different file formats/extensions, obviously suited to the nature of the file. Advise them of the same with something along the lines of "This file Is working on my end. I'm glad It's finally functional".

This will appear as though you're making a genuine effort to resolve the matter.

I got an email back from them and they asked me to fill in a form and attach some pictures of the product problem and the product itself and also write the batch number of the vape mod, so I started watching some review videos and looking for batch numbers and for the pictures i will attach corrupted files, if there’s anyway I could not give them a batch number please tell me.
