Still haven't even had a single thing on my laptop pushing me to change my OS. Sucker! Thing is, I was thinking of actually updating... at some point... When I finally want to commit suicide over win8.1 frustrations.

A lot of my friends have the same mindset as yourself.

They refuse to use anything other than Windows 7. To be honest, I believe Windows 7 Is the best of the lot.

I agree. I feel like they took a huge step backwards when they created Win8. I even felt like design took about 500 steps backwards when they came out with flat, block colours. Somehow, that design really took off and I now see it everywhere. Every time I see it, I am reminded of this:

This painting sold for more that $50 MILLION. It's squares of colour. Win 8 onwards, a supposed massive advance in OS from win7, which, on a purely visual basis is also, squares of colour.

you guys know....

that you might have your own opinions

but the people working in customer relations, marketing, design, etc for microsoft really have an opinion and a vision you guys can't see

so stop condemning with these companies like you know what's going on behind the scenes

You are suggesting that we allow companies to treat us however they want? Thats dangerous in many ways.

I'm not suggesting that in any sense. I'm suggesting people to keep their exaggerated , unwarranted, and unevidenced opinions to themselves because their baseless claims will not change corporate decisions in even the slightest bit. Assuming people saying one thing when they said something else is dangerous in many ways.
