They just responded today: they asked for a name and address and they'll send over only a replacement battery and a refill, sadly.
You always want to make sure it's a 'non-replaceable' part that's malfunctioned. You could even save it by saying the battery has leaked inside of the unit.

You could always say a friend over-seas bought them for you, or that you recently moved; and you should be fine ^^
If they refuse; ask for a check or refund through...PayPal

We know there is a SCAM going on from a gaming site telling people how to get free product from us. We have caught on. If you truly do have issues disregard. We will ask you to send the faulty product to the address below then we will get you replacements out. Your email is the 4th email that has matched the same exact thing as the others.

Everyone at my work has a big fancy E-cig, and I think they are amazing. As I am under 18 I cannot purchase one, and dont know where they are sold to get someone to purchase it for me. I will try this out, and post the results

You can have one shipped to your house... They don't ID you. I think it's tobacco products that are illegal, not nicotine products.
