Inspirational messages help build up my spirit and make me feel better. They remind me of my faith and that God loves me. Consider how people behave at times, this is very necessary.

Stand-ups by favorite comedians make me laugh and relieve stress. Also, some of what the comedians say is so common. Everyone has some type of heartache, financial problem or personal flaw. Remembering this always makes me feel a bit better and forget what's bothering me.
I usually listen to music when I'm sad. When I feel anxious, I normally just sit there in discomfort; usually my face is red, I get sweaty, and I can easily snap emotionally in the matter of seconds. (If you say anything mean, etc, I couldn't handle it.)

Stay strong.

Counseling might help, or you might be able to get some good meds to help calm ya down a little bit. Wink
Would my parents find out? I personally don't want to tell them..

Edit:
By finding out, I mean counseling.

Hmm...I'm not sure. If you're younger than 18, they might.

But would it really be such a bad thing for your parents to know about? I mean, if it's something that is really and truly negatively impacting your life, your parents might need to know. You don't have to tell them everything. Just tell them that you've been feeling a little bit down lately and would like to see someone to talk about it?

I could probably trust my parents with everything, but not with this. I don't want them hoarding me with questions I don't feel comfortable with.
