yodel as well , I contacted them via live chat and they checked gps and maps to prove the door in the picture was mine, which made them reject my claim, what could I do from here?

You should have contacted office live chat not Yodel. Office don’t always look into it thoroughly, send you a disclaimer and just claim the amount back from Yodel via their insurance which takes around a week. I’ve done it plenty of times but once Yodel called me after Office processed refund because the proof of delivery showed someone receiving it. Unusual that they followed up on it and contacted me personally. Only other time I’ve been chased up by a courier was with a DNA with DPD..

Ok I thought you meant you’d contacted Yodel. Take the shoes back to store, re-order under a new account and try DNA again. If it fails and is a normal delivery then FTID them and chase up a week later and refund no questions asked. Office are easy peasy

V1 is good to go, just make sure you take out any identifiable information. It's a yodel returns drop off which you have to pay upfront online and then you get the label.
