FTID + drop-off receipt.

I've never done them so let me be clear that it's not a 100% sure thing but I'd say that it's the method with the highest probability of success.  There are so many easier brands and stores out there that I would personally skip them - or try refunding them instead of SEing with a SN.  For example, you could do Bose with FTID, sell the headphones, and then buy the Rode mic legitimately (and perhaps then try your hand at refunding them with FTID if they provide a prepaid return label for orders).  Same outcome with less hassle.

LIT doesn't work without a prepaid label from the company. LIT only succeeds as a method because the company which sent you the label can open a claim with the carrier and get an insurance payout, so they essentially lose nothing. But If you LIT your own label, then the company would just instruct you to open a carrier claim since they aren't responsible for the label.

do you know any good FTID services for EU?

I do not.

You can always open a virtual address in the US for like $10/m and do all of your refunding there. You don't need to be a US citizen to do so. Wink

Sorry, I should've explained in more detail.

You can open a virtual address in the US through a service such as Anytime-Mailbox (they typically ask you for an ID from your country of residence), get your order refunded, and then pay some money to have it forwarded to your country via a common carrier like DHL/UPS/Fedex.

If you open one in a US state with no sales-tax (Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon don't have any sales tax) you can even save a substantial amount for legit orders as well Smile

But yes, it's preferable to simply find another brand that gives you a prepaid label since it'll involve less work.

FTID or LIT could work?

FTID + drop-off receipt.
