They failed to send me a replacement gpu for a faulty one. They did end up responding to the dispute. Funnily enough, they responded with a non-working tracking number. So it’s a toss up how PayPal responds.

UK Based - Ordered Series X - Phoned Microsoft and spoke to someone from USA / CAN - Told them item was tampered Toaster received instead of Series X - Got reply from Microsoft saying they are investigating - Used Inspect element to change the email to (They cant help me I would need to contact delivery company) - screenshot sent to PP wrong item received - 7 days full refund and another mail from Microsoft apologising.

None of the above is true and is only a statement from a book I read recently.

It is very possible that PayPal will refund you if they provided the wrong tracking number.

Yeah, here’s hoping the tracking number works out. Seems PP is giving them two weeks to respond so it will be a while before I get word on anything.

What did Microsoft apologize for? Also did PayPal require you to send anything back or anything like that
