Yes, and I have opened a dispute today using EB.

I think I saw a post of yours asking about Lenovo too. I recently had a legitimate issue with them and opened a PP dispute.

They failed to send me a replacement gpu for a faulty one. They did end up responding to the dispute. Funnily enough, they responded with a non-working tracking number. So it’s a toss up how PayPal responds.

Microsoft didn’t respond to me last week over a PP claim for a series X full refund in 7 days. UK 🇬🇧
