I keep hearing FTID isn’t what it used to be and 90% of the time fails. So I’m concerned on that. I’m thinking about WIR but I don’t have another Am@zon. From the Amazon website, from doing your own research. Of course it can't be something completely different. I know that some people buy paper as the wrong item, don't remember for what item, it could be mac or something like that. They have be identical in weight. As far as I heard. FTID could work on aged accounts with good order history. Yes but to get the exact weight for something like this takes a lot of work. RE: URGENT: AM@ZON - EdenSlate - 09-13-2023 (09-13-2023, 08:41 PM)HeadxHunter Wrote: Also, is the laptop switch even possible? Not sure if you're referring to WIR. If you mean an actual swap (order-swap-return), then no. It used to, in outrageous ways actually, now it's beyond patched. Especially for something as expensive & obvious as a laptop, the odds are against you. Similar to WIR, but open package put another laptop in there. Seal it the exact way. Etc RE: URGENT: AM@ZON - EdenSlate - 09-13-2023 (09-13-2023, 08:57 PM)HeadxHunter Wrote: Similar to WIR, but open package put another laptop in there. Seal it the exact way. EtcWIR involves 2 orders on 2 different accs. Again, if you mean order-swap-returning a single order, consider it patched. If you're thinking about claiming that a wrong item was in the manufacturer's box... that's unusual. Essentially a single-order-WIR-variant? You might be onto something, however potentially a hard sell. There would be details to think through to make it believable : - was the item sealed? no way the manufacturer would make such mistake. - item has no seal : you could argue some SEer previously returned it like this, assuming it was never checked... would most likely fail on Am@zon tho, as we mentioned they are meticulous with returns these days. Then said oh well and walked off with it LMAO, They left this message on email Where should we leave your packag address? Front door Back door Side porch Garage No preference Security code Security code for the door Call box Call box number or name Do we need a security code, call box number or key to access this building? Key or fob required for delivery Add more instructions For example, weekend availability or presence of dog RE: URGENT: AM@ZON - HeadxHunter - 09-14-2023 (09-13-2023, 09:16 PM)EdenSlate Wrote:(09-13-2023, 08:57 PM)HeadxHunter Wrote: Similar to WIR, but open package put another laptop in there. Would me telling them "front porch" make me 100% liable? Only way to DNA it is to receive it personally without OTP. |
