The weight on the box is 2.50 kg.

Yes, just a signature.
They said they would investigate and then sent me a rejection email saying I had received my parcel.
I spoke to support again who told me they had refused because I had signed for it. I said I hadn't signed anything, so it wasn't my signature.
He told me he'd get the problem back up and that I'd have an answer in 24-48 hours.
Today :
I have received confirmation of my refund via chat, which should arrive shortly.
