Hi, I will try to refund an adidas order of about 230$ (several clothes, 1 pair of shoes)

If I don't have a code to give to the delivery man or anything like that, I'm going to go with DNA.

Otherwise a PEB because I have a cheap item in the lot

Did PEB for Adidas recently, went very smooth. Got a full refund within 2 days.

I told them five out of the six were missing. Got a refund for all six items. One old order from 2020.
