Unfortunately, if you don't have the option of accessing the live chat (something that has happened to me on several occasions) then you will have to go the ticket route. It is definitely longer, as they usually take up to 24 hours to reply to each of your messages but it sure does work, and only takes about 5 messages total to secure the refund.

I only got one message and that was 16 hours ago, guess I will be getting them one by one after every 24 hours . If anyone's interested I'll update on how it goes after I finish with them.

I would say that DNA is more effective on Shein. I was able to do 25 items in one order, last month. All you have to do is agree to their generic statement and your refund is successful.

It was a success. Will hit them more in the future, maybe with a DNA next time.

Just to be certain that no issues arise, I would create a new account and attempt the DNA that way - I have never had an issue this way.
