Should I try with charge back with my bank first, as after I have told them I have found it, I cannot charge back anymore
No worries. They can't refuse you a refund if less than 30 days have passed since you received the item, these are the consumer rights on their site. I know what I'm talking about because I had the same situation with OFM. Just mail them and ask for a new return label, they have to send it to you. If you make it in time and send it up to and including the 30th day, they have to refund you. No charge back needed here.

Thanks mate, did you try to ask them to unblock your account for 2 days? Coz I sadly ordered a couple items together to make it looks more real and will it be awkward to ask them to give 6 shipping labels?

And what did you do after your account is closed? Did you try with new account or you completely avoid amazon now in your opinion.
I didn't ask them, I just asked for a new return label and they reopened my account for 48 hours so I could print a new return label for the order. Then you also have time to return the few items you ordered.

Amazon is very hard to deal with right now as customer service no longer has the authority to grant larger refunds, they have to redirect the case to a department above and check everything thoroughly. They also ban accounts frequently for too many refunds and have a very good account linking system. If they have already closed your account once, they are unlikely to let you create another one.

Quote: I refunded least 50% of my item as I thought it is Amazon's idea to let you try first and only keep the one you like.
Not to that extent.

You've abused their refund policy, hence It's of no surprise they've closed your account.

I was misinformed that as long as my account is profitable, they are ok with it TT

Thanks mate, really helpful and will do it accordingly
