I’ve seen paid services offering ninja eBay. I’ve never used this method before I’ve only done PEB and DNA.
Is there a dumbed down guide on how to do it for a newbie?

Sorry for the delayed reply.
Yeh so I’m in the UK and it was just through the official eBay pages of Ninja or Shark.
although it is not a preferred method due to unreliability I just used FTID V2.
(small bubble envelope with the relevant information removed which I’m sure you can all find with a quick google search)
refund should complete in a couple days.

Did you need to contact them at all?
I'm sure I can remove my personal data from a returns label. Name, order number,, etc I guess
I'm sure I would be in the good books if I got a new hoover 😀
