Hello, haven't posted in a while just getting back into things..

I'm in a telegram group that charge for refunds and seen that they put a list in of items they could refund and what was on scan and what wasn't etc..
I noticed that Shark and Ninja were both on scan (because they're the same company) and everyone keeps talking about how easy it is to hit so I decided to go for a hoover which has been delivered today.

I was wondering if anyone on here has recently had any success with any of these stores eBay pages (Shark Clean and Ninja Kitchen) as I'm unsure which method to use.
Was thinking of FTID as I have done other on scan items off eBay stores using this method and they worked fine.

I decided to go for a hoover which has been delivered today.

What type of verification was required on delivery?

@mothered the item was dropped at my parents house but wasnt signed for... apparetly its on scan. it was delivered by DPD so was thinking maybe FTID but not sure which one.

I don't support that method, so I won't comment on It.

If something is on scan you FTID with the label they provide you. Don't use your own.

Shark and ninja used to be on scan, but not any more. A lot of these lists are outdated.

There’s multiple people on the telegram that have successfully been refunded over the past few week... The last one was yesterday so I’m pretty sure it’s still on scan. But obviously with on scan something like a bubble envelope needs sent back in its place for them to scan the product no??

I'd just like to confirm that 'Shark clean' and 'Ninja kitchen' is 100% still on scan.

I recieved the item and sent back an empty bubble envelope with the label I edited the next day and within 2 days I was issued a refund and the money is back in my bank.

Pretty easy refund guys so hit it while you can!
