If there's reason to check your account's history, It's very likely they'll associate the details of the other account.
My other account in question is a different name, card and I have never delivered anything to my home address (the address I would like to now deliver to), would they still be able to identify multi-accounting under these conditions? Or do you advise I just deliver to a different address entirely

I have not, I ended up delivering to the usual address associated with the other account. I will let you know how it goes once I go into the live chat
