Amazon DNA limit #1
Hi guys,

I DNA'd some AirPods Pro 2s in early January this year and then shortly after received the ofm email. Since then I have done 4/5 orders over the past month.

How long should I wait to be able to DNA Amazon again as a rule of thumb, as I don't want this account to be banned. I tried to find the information on the forums but couldn't find much in terms of specifics. My account is frequently used and I have had it for 8+ years so it is an aged account if that helps.

Thanks

If your account was flagged by ofm there is a very high chance your DNA will not be successful and they will ask for PR

I've received the email multiple times before in previous years and have waited to do another one for quite some time, but just wanted to know what the actual amount of time or orders inbetween that email and being able to execute another DNA

Impossible to generalise.

I would personally suggest not continuing if you do indeed want to keep the account in question or at least not any time soon, that time per se is anyone's guess.

To be on the absolute safe side, 7-8 weeks.

Be sure there are no signs of Irregular/suspicious activity whatsoever with the DNA.

Until 3 years ago i had an account with 300+ orders with like 30-35% refunds. DNA, missing item were not an issue then. Now, it's different you have to be much more careful.

Spot on.

Amazon has been raped over the last couple of years or so, hence they've significantly tightened their assessments.

Thanks. Do you think it would be fine on a different account with a different card, to the same address? I have only ever done one refund on this other account with about 10 orders over the past year. The DNA would only be a couple of video games that would come through the letterbox if that makes a difference.

Amazon Is exceptionally good at Identifying multi-accounting.

If there's reason to check your account's history, It's very likely they'll associate the details of the other account.

One of the hardest to create an account. Always think of your first time when you sign up for any online store as first time buyer.
