Their following response Is Irrelevant to your claim for missing goods from the box:

In terms of "the package weight and reported condition", tell them to provide evidence of that at the exact time the package was delivered to your address.

I can assure you they cannot fulfil such as request.

Again, that's totally Irrelevant - the timestamp of the delivery, does not relate to claiming missing goods from the box. That's what they're failing to understand.

Evidently you've received It, otherwise how can you claim the box was empty? Sign the stat dec as requested so they can move forward with the claim. Rest assured, It's not legally binding.
