Funny enough, I logged in each account perfectly fine. When I told them my items were missing, they checked and said account was blocked. I don't know if it'd because all accounts were fresh or if they linked me. I paid via vcc but same PayPal and collection points.
Maybe they linked you.
You paid with each account on a different vcc right?

same situation, very unclear (in LT)

from matches only zip code + mobile network + the same email provider

it is possible that there were not enough behavioral factors on the site

Did you find a solution or a reason?

Asos just blocked all my accounts and left me with unwanted clothes. I sent the clothes in the post to their warehouse 2 months ago and still haven’t received a refund. I’ve been following up the returns but it seems like Asos have scammed me back 😂

They blocked your accounts without any communication/reason whatsoever?

Just reporting in. I had a successful SE with Asos recently, but it was actually quite challenging. It was for under 200, during the busy Christmas period, the package was left unattended on my doorstep, and I felt I had a good case. I went about executing the SE very carefully, and it was actually a bit of a challenge and took quite a while. They investigated with the courier, and did actually request the courier figure out what happened, unlike some companies who 'investigate' and don't seem to actually do anything. During this time I took the extra precaution of contacting the courier myself and let them know the issue. They said they had been in contact with an Asos rep about the missing package and were not sure what happened to it. After about 3 days and a few times checking back with them I got confirmation of my refund. I read that in the past they were easy to deal with, not anymore apparently. Wasn't sure I was going to succeed, but got there in the end!

RE: Asos not worked - coreymcalinson - 12-26-2022

asos have tightened up a lot recently with dna- nearly impossible to do but I managed to order for 180 couple month back as I told the evri delivery driver to leave the parcel outside. a lot of the time you can shout from a window "hey mate can you leave it there" and they will. wouldn't recommend using the same address more than once though.

to add, a lot of people tend to ftid asos - I have never done it as I rather refund be in my control

Depending on the method used, ASOS has always been somewhat difficult to deal with.

In terms of your SE, the main thing Is It succeeded, regardless of repeatedly running back and forth.
Congrats.
