Simply fake sign It with a name that's somewhat legible. As such, It will not be associated to yours when cross-checked, hence "you" didn't sign the delivery.

just received the package today, it was my sister who took received it. No photo or signature was required. Is this looking good for a DNA?

Yes, that's the one on the order and where it was meant to be delivered. Since you say you didn't receive it we will need to check with the courier.
We will get back to you via email with updates next week Monday or Tuesday.

Request your claim be escalated, on the grounds that they failed to request a signature to ensure the package was successfully delivered and handed to the recipient.

contacted them via live chat and got told this
At first, they didn't want to escalate and just told me that they confirmed the delivery so I applied pressure and got told this
"I will escalate the case to another department for further investigation. We will get back to you via email"
