They'd need to provide conclusive photographic evidence of the Item enclosed In the package at the time It was delivered to your address, which Is simply not possible.

If you are interested I have done apple watch ultra 3 weeks ago on Amazon. I just tell to the rep the watch wasnt in the package. The call last 5min and then I received the refund mail confirmation

If they do not provide evidence (which they can't) as stated In my previous post, that's what you'd use to your advantage with the PayPal claim.

Only the watch and if they ask for it say the parcel and the package was sealed and untouched before you opened it

thanks that's helpful because i was still thinking if i should say that only watch face is missing or 2 boxes inside the bigger one, but i think i will also go with the watch face

@mothered, my amazon account is 3 months old with 3 genuine purchase history of under 50£. Can it’s standing considered to be good for this SE ? Or it’s more prone to raise suspicion due to a/c age.
