The quality/value of the Item makes no difference.

They'd need to provide conclusive photographic evidence of the Item enclosed In the package at the time It was delivered to your address, which Is simply not possible.

Only the watch and if they ask for it say the parcel and the package was sealed and untouched before you opened it

thanks that's helpful because i was still thinking if i should say that only watch face is missing or 2 boxes inside the bigger one, but i think i will also go with the watch face

Always claim the watch face Is missing, for the fact that It's extremely light and will not register a weight on consignment.
