I just made up an issue which is hard to prove wrong and kept pushing it. Eventually they said they don't know how to fix it and told to me to pick new laptop, I said I want mac m1 but I didn't pick it up within given date time so they offered me a refund which was from different department and they didn't know it originated from a refund, so basically got my money back by double SE.... I picked mac m1 because it's easiest to resell, but thankfully their organization was bad enough for my method to go through

The laptop had 120hz display, I kept saying that after 12-16 hours it sometimes turn to 30hz and overheats at that moment. Completely random honestly, first thing that popped up in my mind
