I'm trying to SE laptop which I was having for almost 2 years,
I tried sending it back to the merchant and telling them 120hz display stops working after 4 hours, twice!
They just refused it so I can't have refund.
Does somebody have better idea on what claim would be best for them to be a trouble to reproduce? Or something that could be hard to prove so they would just give me refund.

The store is very big so I think once I make a good claim they will just refund me.

The laptop is still in warranty for like 3 months. That's the reason I'm trying to refund it.

First time I was trying to refund this exact laptop they accepted my reason and said they have "fixed and changed the bad component". Of course the laptop works flawlessly, and worked even before I was trying to SE it. They just gave me randomly answer yes we fixed nothing basically.
So I checked the screws and everything but all was looking original so they really made no changes at all. Didn't give me a refund though.
Second time I tried it they said: Goods were tested for described issue which did not show up in the testing centre. The goods were sent back to the customer without modification.
What's best strike for 3rd and hopefully final claim?

You don't need to SE It, but rather focus on obtaining a refund under warranty.

Does their warranty policy state you're eligible for a refund, or only a replacement?

I can get both replacement or a refund in this case, but luckily replacement would be no longer possible because the model I am having is not available on their store anymore. So refund all the time.
I of course don't want to claim battery issues because I think battery warranty is about a year or even half a year which is very lame so I need to think of something different. Maybe performance issues? What do you think?

Just finished the process. Took ages, got full refund. After almost 2 years.. LOL
